At S&R, Inc. we provide custom fabricated parts for customers in a number of industries. Outlined here are the specialty bus trim accessories we manufacture for coach buses, used by our customer for the high end busses they supply to the country music industry. Parts we supply include head light covers, rub rail covers, tail light covers, dock light covers, breast plates, name plates, trailer hitch covers, louvers, and letter sets among others. All work is carried out utilizing our state-of-the-art CNC laser, rolling, and press brake equipment. 18 gauge (.048”) #8 mirror finished stainless steel material is formed, laser cut, and rolled to the exacting configurations as specified by the customer. The tightest tolerances of ±0.005” are met during cutting, with ±3° met during formwork. Our material choice is a testament to our dedication to quality; we prefer the thicker gauge to our competitors’ use of 20 – 22 gauge material. All parts are held to industry standards and our internal benchmarks for excellence, utilizing dimensional and visual inspections to ensure quality and accuracy.

Turnaround times for these specialty parts are 2 weeks, delivered to the customer in Middle Tennessee. Volumes vary, as we create the components to order.
