Since 1995, at S&R, Inc. we have provided customers across numerous industries with custom fabrications, regularly leveraging our production experience and material knowledge to create high performance components. In the projects highlighted here, we were commissioned to create cladding for the high visibility signage of two prominent businesses. The signage project for the popular John Deere Company was national in scope, requiring the coverage of large sign columns. Utilizing 18 gauge galvanized steel, a range of advanced production processes including CNC laser cutting, CNC waterjet cutting, shearing, and CNC forming were expertly carried out to achieve the contours as specified. The cladding was also painted their signature green color. The US Bank assignment was a regional undertaking, employing 3003 Aluminum alloy and utilizing the same production procedures. The tightest tolerances of ± 1/8” and ± 1/16” were met during manufacturing. Comprehensive inspections were implemented to verify accuracy and quality including visual and dimensional methods.
Both projects were turned around in 2 to 3 weeks, crated and shipped to the customers in Nashville, Tennessee, and Northern Kentucky.
